Convenience Filing – Remote (U.S. Based)
Drive revenue growth by identifying customer needs and recommending Convenience Filing’s financial and compliance services. Engage new and returning clients, explain product value, and guide them through the purchase process to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct discovery conversations with prospective clients to assess service needs
Promote appropriate service plans based on customer goals and eligibility
Follow up on leads via phone, email, or SMS to convert interest into sales
Maintain detailed records of sales activity and client preferences in the CRM
Collaborate with marketing and support teams to improve customer onboarding and engagement
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
